Q: How long will it take to get my product?
A: If the item is in stock, then it will be shipped ASAP by our normal methods (See below). If the item is to be made to order we will send you an estimated completion / despatch date before you confirm.
Q: I like one of your designs, but do you supply it in another size / colour?
A: We are happy to offer different variations on most of our standard products.
Please drop us a message with your ideas, and we can let you know what we can do for you.
Q: Do you supply Custom Commissions?
A: Sozarri are always happy to discuss your Bespoke Fiber Art ideas. If you can sketch a rough design, we will confirm whether it will be possible. We will then send a more detailed design and custom quotation over to you to approve before we go ahead with your product
Q: Can we buy Sozarri products elsewhere?
A: Yes, our Etsy Shop also carries most of our Modern Macrame wall hangings for sale.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Stock Products: If you are not happy with your item, please return it within 14 days for a refund. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom-made Products: I’m sorry but we don’t accept cancellations or returns of custom made-to-order products or personalised items. But please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.
Q: What delivery courier do you use?
A: For Small-to-Medium standard products we use Royal Mail next day service. For larger and more delicate items we may use specialist art couriers.
Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
A: Yes, one of our most FAQ. We can ship our art pieces anywhere in the world, and we will send you a customised quotation for shipping costs upon enquiry. Small to Medium Standard items are delivered free of charge in the UK.
Q: Do you Deliver and Install wall hangings?
A: Yes, we will be happy to hand deliver products within a 200 mile radius of Hebden Bridge. A per-mile cost for delivery will be quoted in advance. We also supply a wall art hanging service for an additional cost, and we will install your chosen art piece with care in your home or workplace.
